List of Active Tickets

View/Edit Ticket - Too view a reply or edit any of the Active Support tickets in your list, click on the Subject hyperlink.
This will take you to the screen/options below.


View or Reply to a Ticket

Add Reply / Update Ticket - To update your ticket, simply enter your message/reply in the Message box and click on the 280px button.
An email message will be sent to the owner of the record for the ticket as well as TRUgaming Support staff.
View Ticket History - your entire ticket history can be seen ion the Ticket History section of this page.

Close Ticket - To close the ticket, simply click on the 280px button. You can still add a message to your ticket when closing it.
NOTE: If you do Close your ticket with a reply message, no additional notifications will be sent to the TRUgaming support staff, so we will not see it your reply unless we go in and review Closed tickets.
